The Ritz-Carlton has six wedding venues.
What are the capacity and size of each venue?
Ballroom 1 is a sophisticated venue with picture-perfect interior design that can cater any event for up to 1,320 guests. It has a total area of 1,011 square meters (26 x 42 meters) and a chandelier height of 9 meters.
Ballroom 2 is slightly larger than Ballroom 1, at 1,200 square meters (30 x 40 meters), with a chandelier height of 9 meters.
Ballroom 3 is exactly the same size, dimensions and as Ballroom 1 at 1,011 square meters (26 x 42 meters) and with the same chandelier height of 9 meters.
The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom is able to accommodate up to 8,000 people for a wedding event with a buffet style and 2,400 people for events with dining table. It has a total area of 3,600 square meters and a chandelier height of 9 meters. The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom Foyer has a size of 4,720 square meters
The Glasshouse at Level 8 is our smallest wedding venue that can accommodate 400 people for standing receptions and 120 persons for sit-down banquets. Its size is 348 square meters (29 x 12 meters) with a chandelier height of 3.8 meters.
What is the highlight of each venue?
The Grand Ballroom is one of the biggest hotel ballrooms in Jakarta and even in Indonesia, accommodating up to 8,000 people for a buffet style wedding event and up to 2,400 people for a sit-down banquet. It also looks larger than it actual size because there are no pillars to obstruct vision or movement and a high ceiling of 9 meters. The classic grandeur is highlighted by the sparkling gold-colored chandeliers. The Grand ballroom can be conveniently divided into three separate areas so that it can carry out three different shows or sub-events at the same time, each with capacities of 600, 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 people.
The Glass House at Level 8 is our most “intimate” wedding venues; yet, it still has a relatively large area of 348 square meters that can easily accommodate up to 400 people for buffet style events and 120 people for table d'hôte affairs.

The spacious Grand Ballroom foyer also allows the couples to have more than enough space to add cocktail tables.
