The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is a spacious ballroom, which can accommodate up to 2,500 guests for standing reception. It also has a newly refurbished carpet, beautifully ornamented high ceiling, pillarless ballroom, signature chandeliers, easy access for guests and direct lift access to the loading area. It has a total area of 1,600 sqm (30m x 50m) with a ceiling height of 8m. The Grand Ballroom prices start at IDR 650 million nett.
The Grand Mutiara

The Grand Ballroom, the largest in Asia, can host up to 8,000 guests for a wedding reception in a pillar-less space that features a nine-meter-high ceiling, touches of gold and sparkling chandeliers. The Grand ballroom can be conveniently divided into three separate areas so that it can carry out three different shows or sub-events at the same time, each with capacities of 600, 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 people.
Ballroom 1
Ballroom 1 is a sophisticated venue with picture-perfect interior design that can cater any event for up to 1,320 guests. It has a total area of 1,011 sqm (26m x 42m) and a chandelier height of 9m.
Ballroom 2
Ballroom 2 is slightly larger than Ballroom 1, at 1,200 sqm (30m x 40m), with a chandelier height of 9m.
Ballroom 3
Ballroom 3 is exactly the same size, dimensions and as Ballroom 1 at 1,011 sqm (26m x 42m) and with the same chandelier height of 9m.
The Glasshouse at Level 8 is the hotel’s smallest wedding venue that can accommodate 400 people for standing receptions and 120 persons for sit-down banquets. Its size is 348 sqm (29m x 12m) with a chandelier height of 3.8m.

The Majestic Chapel is definitely the highlight of the venues. Cliff Lawn is an open-air area in front of Ballroom that offers a stunning view of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding resort area from atop a 70-meter high cliff. The venue is flexible to modify for any kind of set up, and can accommodate up to 700 guests. Minimum revenue of USD 30,000++
The Senses Lawn boasts an expansive open-air area in front of Senses restaurant offering a refreshing view of the landscape and easy access around the resort. Minimum revenue of USD 20,000++
The Sawangan Beachfront is ideal for more relaxed and casual events. The refreshing breeze from the ocean and an amazing view of the blue ocean give events a laid back but storybook wedding ambience. Priced at USD 5,888++
The In-Villa wedding venue is perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. For a wedding at the Sky Villa for example, the ceremony is done above the sky villa, offering a fantastic view of the ocean and the surrounding resort. Priced at USD 6,988++

How many wedding venues are there in your hotel?
We have three wedding venues: 1) the Kubu Riverside; 2) The Temple Lawn, and; 3) a Reserve Villa.
What are the capacity and size of each venue?
The Kubu Riverside is an outdoor venue set along the Ayung River. The Kubu River side could accommodate up to 100 people with its dimensions of 49.17m x 9.16m.
The Temple Lawn is a spacious venue with a backdrop of a Hindu temple overlooking Mandapa Village. The Temple Lawn has slightly smaller dimensions of 19.78m by 16.5m but can also accommodate up to 100 people.
The Reserve Villa is a private indoor venue – a two-bedroom pool villa perched beside the Ayung River.
Reserve Villa is dedicated for smaller wedding events for up to 10 people.
