Part of Elite Havens Group, the Pandawa Cliff Estate offers four villa types with 21 bedrooms: The Pala, Villa Rose, Villa Marie and Villa Markisa. The Pala
This is the signature villa from Pandawa Cliff Estate, the main attraction being the dramatic scenery of the Indian Ocean from atop a cliff. With its massive size, The Pala offers five generous ensuite guest rooms and one exclusive master suite, a dining room with two dining tables, a spa treatment room, children’s play room and fitness room. As a wedding venue the Pala can cater up to 400 people with a spacious and lush garden completed by an infinity-edge swimming pool and a stone amphitheater. The verdant garden links through to neighboring Villas Rose and Markisa which provides even more seating and sleeping capacity.

Villa Markisa
Villa Markisa is the newest of the Pandawa Estate and has an equally dramatic cliff-top setting and ocean views. Beside the main garden, Villa Markisa has an ocean-view guest pavilion with its own garden and pool on a separate level from the main garden. A romantic setting within an open-sided living pavilion and a large cliff-edge bale provide communal living and dining areas. You can share the intimate ceremony with your families and friends while enjoying scrumptious food prepared by seasoned chefs.

Villa Rose
A bit different from The Pala, Villa Rose puts a contemporary twist on the traditional tropical design. Just next to the Pala, Villa Rose offers a choice of open-air living or air-conditioned cool; either way you will surely be treated to a front seat view of the vast blue Indian ocean. An expansive garden area is able to seat a large group of guests for an outdoor ceremony. There are four bedrooms in two floors; rooms are bright, high ceilinged and grand in their scale and are finished in marble, teak and glass.

Villa Marie
Villa Marie has dominant Balinese touch in terms of style and layout. The rooms are set a little aback from the cliff top, but guests can still have a clear and direct view of the ocean. The ambience is homey but a bit larger than Villa Rose, with an outdoor dining area perfectly designed for outdoor parties.
