Level 3
The largest of the three floors of event venues, Level 3 is ideal for distinctive wedding celebrations, as it showcases unique light wood walls and dramatic high ceilings, plus floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural sunlight to stream in, providing a relaxed atmosphere for all. Level 3 includes five residences and two ballrooms. The Grand Residence and Grand Ballroom have the capacity to hold a banquet for 260 guests and 360 guests, respectively. Natural daylight plays with color-changing lattice walls in the Grand Residence, providing a romantic atmosphere for your wedding celebration. Also unique to the Grand Ballroom is the extended digital canvas with powerful built-in projectors. The canvas enables an edge-to-edge display of digital content on the ballroom’s two walls.
Level 2
The mansion-inspired Level 2 features four salons, a drawing room, a loft kitchen and a show kitchen within the Grand Salon. The show kitchen comes complete with a customized cooking island designed to heighten the senses, as the chefs create with artistic showmanship. The Grand Salon can be divided into two sections and has a capacity of 320 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 480 guests for standing receptions.
Level 1
Themed after a modern contemporary art gallery with exclusive art collections showcased throughout, Level 1 is ideal for the more intimate wedding. Housing a loft kitchen, a lounge, two ateliers, and galleries, Level 1 offers versatility for a completely exclusive and private venue. The double storey ceiling height loft area immediately makes guests feel welcome and sets the right ambience for a unique and unconventional space. The galleries lead into the main ballroom, which can accommodate up to 260 guests for a wedding banquet.
Price of each venue
The price depends on the wedding package. Some packages are based on persons while others are based on tables; both types of packages have a minimum number of guests. Listed below are a few reference pricings:
- Western Lunch: S$150.00++ per person
- Western Dinner: Starting from S$170.00++ per person per person
- Chinese Lunch: S$1,388.00++ per table
- Chinese Dinner: Starting from S$1,488.00 per table
